Complete Configuration Guide for Parcel Net Installation in PBC
Version : MM 7 Update - 7.

Note: More than 50 Parcel Booking Centers were configured Parcel Net using below instruction.
Intro about Parcel Net
Parcel Net Software Only for Identified Offices (Parcel Booking Center ) . Parcel Net software used to book Business parcel for Bulk customer. Barcode Should be Start with "C " and Bag Label Should be "CB".

BNPL Parcel Configuration Steps
- Download and Install .Net Frame work 4.0 and then Restart your Machine.
- Install Parcel Net BNPL Software.
- Run and Configure BNPL Parcel Software, Press OK for all errors.
- Execute BNPL Parcel Database Creator.(for Password mail to potools1@gmail.com).
BNPL Parcel Database Creator takes nearly 3-5 minutes to configure BNPL Database. After complete Execution open BNPL Parcel Software configure Office Information and User details.
Final Configuration
- Configure Point Of Sale Supervisor Office Type as Parcel Booking Center.
- Configure Despatch Super Office Type Under Tools menu as PBC.

BNPL User Creation
- Create BNPL User using ParcelNet Website
- Register BNPL Customer Using Correct Booking Office Name and Pincode.
Execute R Net Communication
- Execute R Net Communication after Successful completion of above steps.
- Call Server Until Receive BNPL Customer
- Once BNPL Customer received for your office, You can Book BNPL Parcels using Parcel Net Software.
Issues : BNPL Customer Not received
BNPL User Not Received After Registered due to following reasons
- Wrongly selected Booking office while register BNPL customer.
- Wrongly selected Office Type in Despatch or Point of sale Module.

ReplyDeleteYour Site is Good and very helpful.1 st of all my office is Mumbai Central HPO,We have upgraded MM7.9 but after up gradation we have face some problems which is relating to BNPL parcel.Bnpl database created successfully.our office is under the category of Post Office and we have one BNPL customer named 'Quick service'. when we upgrade version 7.9 and configured our office as Post office but in BNPL Parcel software no agent customer detail is displayed even the name of customer. After that we have configure our office as PBC After running R Net communication we received files n after that the name of the customer is shown under BNPL parcel application .Then we try to book the COD business parcel article in BNPL parcel application.It is not allow us to book the data in that software also excel file data is not accepted for uploading.Now, R net communication gives error as local data is not matched. our booking data is not transmitted to central server. Firstly we are confused as whether we should select PBC or PO for this we raise query to PTC mysore but didn't get reply.In the information about parcel net it is clearly mention that Parcel Net Software Only for Identified Offices (Parcel Booking Center ).How we come to know that whether our office is in that list as we dont get any order regarding this.Mumbai region gives us suggetion as we should add our office on parcel net website.we went to that site and the proforma is clearly said that it is only for RMS.what suggestion u will give to us to solve the problem.
