COMMON OMISSIONS

1. Many offices will account BPCOD amount correctly in daily account but corresponding article will not be shown as delivered in BO remarks option in postman operator. The sender will not get the amount until you show the article as delivered in BO remarks screen of postman module and verification in supervisor.

2. What if you forgot to show delivery of some CODs which are actually delivered and accounted?
Solution. Go to BO remarks option of COD in postman and select the article and click OK. Now go to COD verification screen without changing the date, click on fetch after selecting the concerned BO. Now the article will be shown. After this, select the date on which the amount is actually accounted. Now click on verify option.
