Solution Description: 

CEPT Replied: If the EDSOs are downgraded to BO, you need to add the BOs in your accounts module and configure the staff working there. Without doing this, if you may be preparing bills against the officials working in these new BOs, then the software will treat them as the employees of old EDSOs only. For solving this problem, Please download the attached zip file and extract the same..You will get two files TREASURY15092011.exl and UpLoadAccMISData.exe 

1) Please run the script TREASURY15092011.exl using the script tool. Then run DET for all the pending dates. 
2) Please replace the existing UploadAccMISData exe (available in accounts application folder) with the new one
