Reference: This office UO Note of even No dated 28-02-2017.

As per this office UO Note cited above, the issue of availability of option to enter the 7th CPC w.e.f. 01-07-2016 (i.e., from the date of next increment in terms of proviso 1 of rule 5) to those employees who have got promotion / upgradation in a higher grade between 1st day of January, 2016 and the date of notification of CCS (RP) Rules 2016 had been referred to MoD along with an illustration (given below) of pay fixation of an employee who got financial upgradation on 17-01-2016 in the grade pay of Rs 5400/- (PB 2); MoD was requested to examine the issue and clarify the matter w.r.t. illustrative pay fixation.
2. The illustrative pay fixation forwarded to MoD/ D (Civ-I) is as follows:
Pay as on 01-01-2016 in the pre-revised pay structure in PB 2 (Rs 9305134800) will grade pay Rs 4800/-
Rs 25980/- (20280 + 4800)
Date of grant of MACP in PB 2 with grade pay Rs 5400/-
Pay fixed w.e.f. 01-07-2016 by granting difference of grade
Rs 25680/- (20280 +5400)
Pay on 01-07-2016 on accrual of annual increment @ 3% of Rs 25080/- (20280 + 4800) {Rs 752.4 rounded off to Rs. 760/-}

Respected sir,

A kind reference is invited to the above references, vide above references this association is requested the departmental and as well as national anomaly committees to resolve the Postmaster Cadre specific glaring anomalies by upgrading the grade pay of Postmaster Grade I/II/III/Sr. Postmaster posts to Rs.4200/Rs.4600/Rs.4800/Rs.5400 grade pays respectively with full justification for such one level stepped up pay.

In addition to above references this association would like to bring the following two grave issues about the inevitable situation to upgrade the pay of Postmaster cadre for your benign consideration and early favorable orders please.

1. Wake of TBOP/BCR, MACP 1/2/3 and conflicts raising with Postmaster cadre pay fixation:
a. After 5th Pay commission, TBOP and BCR was introduced and one can get the next scales of pay by 16 years and 26 years respectively in the Postal Department.

b. So conflict was raised in the LSG recruitment rules 1976, which mandated 26 years of PA service to get the next scale of pay by promotion. So by the LSG recruitment rules amendment 2002, required feeder cadre Postal assistant service to promote as LSG cadre was reduced to 16 years from existing 26 years.

c. After 6th Pay commission, MACP 1/2/3 was introduced during 2008 as a result one can get the next scales of pay by 10/20/30 years respectively in the postal department.

d. So again conflict was raised in the LSG recruitment rules amendment 2002, which mandated 16 years of PA service to get the next scale of pay by promotion which was automatically obtained under MACP 1 well advance by 10 years. So again LSG recruitment rules were amended on 02.01.2012, and required feeder cadre Postal Assistant service to promote as LSG cadre was further reduced to 5 years from existing 16 years.
e. In this juncture during 2010, Postmaster cadre was introduced, comprises Postmaster Grade I/II/III/Senior Postmaster posts by carving out certain percentage of existing LSG/HSG II/HSG I/25% Sr.PM posts respectively to manage the key post offices by the well qualified and trained officials.

f. For that LSG carved out Postmaster cadre, qualifying service was fixed as 5 years Postal Assistant service and in addition to that feeder cadre Postal assistants have to clear the LDC exams with merit.

g. Because of the wake of MACPs and after amending the LSG recruitment rules on 02.01.2012, now grave conflict is again raised in Postmaster cadre recruitment rules also, which mandated passing LDC exams with merit in addition to 5 years PA service to qualify for the next level 5 pay matrix pay, where as in LSG recruitment rules, 5 years PA service itself enough to get the eligibility for the same level-5 pay matrix pay.

h. So without appearing and passing the Postmaster cadre heavy syllabus LDC exams, after 5 years feeder cadre Postal Assistant service one can be eligible to the LSG posts (Level 5 of Pay matrix). After the wake up of MACPs and LSG recruitment rules amendments, it is must situation to give one stepped up level 6/7/8/9 pay to Postmaster Grade I/II/III/Senior Postmaster posts than MACP 1/LSG by giving weightage to passing the LDC exams with merit. The same was represented to the 7th Pay commission to step up one level pay, but unfortunately honorable 7th CPC chairman neither rejected the plea nor given justification for the present level 5 pay.

2. Bunching Effect to the Postmasters, who have attained level 5 pay by the virtue of LDC examination:
a. In addition to the above grave anomalies, some Postmasters are refused to sanction the bunching effect pay benefits, though vide M.o.F, D.o.E OM no 1-6/2016-IC dated at New Delhi the 7th September 2016 order, it was ordered to give one vertical level stepped up pay to seniors, if seniors had more than 3% basic difference with juniors in the pre-revised pay and fallen with the same pay of juniors after revision of pay.

b. So vide above mentioned department of expenditure OM order of Para 1, it was mentioned that where in revision of pay, the pay of Government servants drawing pay at two or more stages in pre-revised pay band and Grade pay or scale as the case may be, get fixed at same cell in the applicable Level in the new Pay matrix one additional increment shall be given for every two stages of bunched.

c. It was directed to give one bunching effect to the seniors, if the pre-revised pay had atleast 3% basic pay difference between the senior and juniors. During 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 years Postmaster Grade examinations, some 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 years batch Postal Assistant officials have passed the Postmaster Grade I examinations and their grade pay upgraded to Rs.2800 (Level 5) by the virtue of PM Grade I LDC exams.

d. But after 2006 batch Postal Assistants were upgraded to Level-5 by the virtue of MACP1 during 2016, MACP 1 2006 PA and, LDC exam batch 2011 batch PMs are getting fixed with the same pay in the same level though 2011 PM batch are 5 years senior in Rs.5200-20200+G.P Rs.2800 pay scale.

e. Though 2011 PM batch officials are 5 years senior in that pre-revised pay scale Rs.5200-20200+Rs.2800, and had more than 6% basic pay difference in the pre-revised pay scale than juniors, some Postmaster Grade officers are refused to given with bunching effect and some postmasters are informed with clarification was sough in this regard. One illustration table is produced for the kind information.

f. The same case may be applicable to 2012, 2013, 2014 Postmaster cadre batch officers also. But by mentioning the following reasons some postmasters are refused to give the bunching effect benefits.

g. “Comparison cannot be made with Postal Assistants and Postmasters.” But above M.o.F. D.o.E OM mandates to give the bunching effect two or more stages in pre-revised pay band and Grade pay or scale as the case may be.

h. That means to distinguish the higher and lower cadres and to distinguish the senior and junior that D.o.E OM was circulated. Even after that bunching effect is also being refused to Postmasters.


a. NO weightage was given to the Postmasters for passing the LDC exams with merit in addition to 5 years PA service and treated at Par with LSG cadre, whereas 5 years PA service is enough to get LSG cadre.

b. Because of not upgrading the grade pay of Postmaster Grade I/II/III/Sr.Postmaster posts, even lower cadre Postal Assistants and higher cadre Postmaster Cadre are getting the same pay in new pay matrix which is totally prejudice.

c. Above all Department of Posts also suggested to the empowered committee to give one stepped up grade pay to Postmaster Grade I/II/III/Sr.PM posts.

On this revolutionary May Day, this service association request the chairman to resolve the cadre specific glaring anomalies by giving one stepped up grade pay Rs.4200/Rs.4600/Rs.4800/Rs.5400 to Postmaster Grade I/II/III/Sr.PM respectively w.e.f., 01.01.2016 and render justice.

7वां वेतन आयोग : कर्मचारी है परेशान, अलाउंस कमेटी की रिपोर्ट की ये है आज तक की स्थिति

नई दिल्ली: सातवां वेतन आयोग (7th Pay Commission) की रिपोर्ट को लेकर केंद्रीय कर्मचारी (Central employees) खुश हो या अफसोस मनाएं यह वे खुद समझ नहीं पा रहे हैं. कई विभागों में वेतन वृद्धि तो हो गई है, लेकिन कई ऐसे मुद्दे हैं जिन पर कर्मचारियों की आवाज बनकर यूनियन ने सरकार के समक्ष चिंता व्यक्त की है. कई चिंताओं में से एक चिंता अलाउंसेस (Allowances) को लेकर रही है. 

कर्मचारी यूनियनों के इस मुद्दे पर आपत्ति जताने के बाद सरकार ने गठित तीन समितियों में से एक को अलाउंस का मुद्दा दिया था. इस समिति ने करीब आठ महीने बाद अपनी रिपोर्ट सरकार को सौंप दी. वित्तमंत्रालय में यह रिपोर्ट अब पड़ी है. नियम के अनुसार इस रिपोर्ट को कैबिनेट सेक्रेटरी के माध्यम से अब शक्ति संपन्न समिति यानी एम्पावर कमेटी (Empower Committee) के पास इस रिपोर्ट को भेजा जाता है. वहां पर इस इस प्रकार की रिपोर्ट पर समिति चर्चा के बाद एक कैबिनेट नोट तैयार करती है. इस नोट को सरकार की कैबिनेट बैठक में रखा जाता है. इसके बाद सरकार इस पर निर्णय लेती है.
अभी तक की सूत्रों से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार सातवें वेतन आयोग पर कर्मचारी यूनियनों से चर्चा के बाद तैयार रिपोर्ट कैबिनेट सेक्रेटरी के पास अटकी है. यह रिपोर्ट अभी तक अधिकार प्राप्त सचिवों की समिति (एम्पावर समिति) तक नहीं पहुंची है. यहां यह साफ है कि मामला अभी वित्तमंत्रालय से निकलकर कैबिनेट सचिव तक ही पहुंचा है. इससे यह भी है कि केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों (Central employees) को अभी और इंतजार करना होगा. 

इस बारे में जब कर्मचारी नेता शिवगोपाल मिश्र से जब बात की गई तब उन्होंने कर्मचारियों में व्याप्त रोष के बारे में जानकारी दी. उनका कहना है कि सरकार इस पूरे मामले में देरी करने की नीति अपना रही है. सरकार को कर्मचारी के हितों की चिंता नहीं है. 

उन्होंने बताया कि उन्हें कर्मचारियों के संयुक्त संघ जेसीएम की ओर से सरकार से वार्ता के लिए बनी समिति में 15 तारीख तक एजेंडा देने के लिए कहा गया था. लेकिन उन्होंने साफ कहा कि जब तक अलाउंस कमेटी की रिपोर्ट का कुछ पता नहीं चलता तब तक एजेंडा कैसे दिया जा सकात है. 

शिवगोपाल मिश्रा ने बताया कियह बहुत ही अफसोस की बात है कि, सातवें वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों के अनुसार मकान किराया एवं अन्य भत्तों के जॉंच के लिए सरकार द्वारा ​​वित्त सचिव अशोक लवासा की अध्यक्षता में गठित कमिटी की भत्तों पर की गई सिफारिश की रिपोर्ट अभी तक जेसीएम (स्टाफ साइड) को नहीं मिली हैं.

मिश्रा का कहना है कि दुर्भाग्य से आज तक, वित्त मंत्रालय द्वारा सातवें वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों के अनुसार मकान किराया एवं अन्य भत्तों के संबंध न तो कोई निर्णय लिया गया, न ही भत्तों के जांच के लिए सरकार द्वारा ​​गठित लवासा समिति की भत्तों पर की गई सिफारिश की रिपोर्ट अभी सार्वजनिक किया गया है. अतः भत्ते के बारे में समिति की सिफारिशों का विश्लेषण किए बिना विसंगतियों को तैयार नहीं किया जा सकता. 

जबकि दूसरी ओर, कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग (DoPT) ने नए आदेश जारी करते हुए कहा है कि सातवां वेतन आयोग (Seventh Pay commission) के कार्यान्वयन में उत्पन्न होने वाले, केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों के वेतन और भत्ते की भुगतान संबंधी विसंगतियों को हल करने की समय सीमा 15 नवंबर तक होगी. 

मिश्रा ने कहा, जैसा कि हमने विभिन्न स्तरों पर, सचिव (डीओपीटी), कैबिनेट सचिव (भारत सरकार) इत्यादि समेत को स्पष्ट किया है कि, भत्ते के बारे में समिति की सिफारिशों का विश्लेषण किए बिना विसंगतियों को तैयार नहीं किया जा सकता."

Separate Department of Disability Affairs to be set up by States

15th National Review Meeting Made 26 Recommendations for Effective Implementation of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 
Shri Thaawar Chand Gehlot, Minister for Social Justice & Empowerment while addressing the “15th National Review Meeting of State Commissioners for Persons with Disabilities on Implementation of Act-1995” stressed for the need that States should create/setup separate Department of Disability Affairs with appointment of full time Independent State Commissioner in accordance with provisions of PwD Act, 1995 for effective implementation of the Act as well as welfare Programmes & Schemes of Education, Training, Skill Development and rehabilitation of the Disabled (Divyangjan) in the society.

He chaired the opening session of the 2-day long National Review Meeting, which was attended by 11 States Commissioners and 15 representatives of the State Commissioners/State Government and representatives from Central Ministries and National Bodies under Ministry of Social Welfare. He stated that there is great need for empowering and strengthening the Divyangjan in the Country by safeguarding their rights and privileges entrusted by the Act. The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment has become an important & prominent among all Ministries of the Central Government for making all round efforts for better education, vocational training & rehabilitation of the Divyangjan in society so that could lead a respectable life.
The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment has set up new milestone & world record in distribution of Aids & Appliances to Divyangjan, launching innovative programmes and schemes for all round development and their Socio-Economic rehabilitation in the society. The Programmes and Schemes of the Ministry have been recognised and appreciated worldwide and has become role model Ministry of Government of India. Highlighting the Provisions of New Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, the Minister added that the categories of Disability have been increased to 21 from the Presently 7 and now the privileges and Rights of Divyangjan have been brought at Par with the developed Countries.

Sh. N. S. Kang, Secretary, DEPwD in his speech stated that the States should consider to create/set up separate Department of Disability Affaire in their respective states and the State Commissioner should act as watchdog for effective implementation of Act, Programmes and Policies for Welfare of Divyangjan in State. He should ensure that 4% reservation is given to Divyangjan in all Programmes & Schemes of the State Government and local bodies. He should take initiative and be instrumental in clearing of backlog of vacancies reserved for PwD through Special Drives and Wider Publicity should be given to new Act in their State. 

Dr. Kamlesh Kumar Pandey, Chief Commissioner for PwDs in his address stated that State Commissioners should review the implementation of the Act at State and District level vigoursly. They should organise Mobile Courts and conduct reviews at Districts. They should organise Special Camps for issuing Disability Certificate to all Divyangjan in the State at their doorstep and should mobilise people participation in their programmes. They should also ensure timely conduct of State Coordination, Executive and advisory Committee meetings at regular intervals and promote better & larger avenues for employment and Rehabilitation of Divyangjans. He also added that State should promote Skill Development and training programmes for rehabilitation of Divyangjans in society.

On this occasion the State Commissioners and Central Government Ministries made Power Point Presentations showing various measures being taken by their respective states/ministreis for effective implementation of the PwD Act, Programmes and Policies of Govt. of India for welfare of Divyangs. The Prominent Ministries were Panchayati Raj, Deptt. Of Personnel & Training, Deptt. of Revenue and Deptt. of Financial Services. The State Commissioners from J&K, North East States, Union Territories, Himanchal, Andhra Pradesh, Chhatisgarh also made presentations before the Minister.

In the afternoon session today the Chief Commissioner presented the recommendations of the 2 days long meeting towards effective implementation of the Act & Programmes for welfare of Divyangjan. On this occasion Dr. Pandey also informed the State Commissioners about Proposed institution of “Annual Award for Best State Commissioner” from the year 2017-18 onwards for Extra Ordinary performance made by State Commissioner for Welfare of Divyangjans.

Two months after NIE expose, India Post scraps hiring examination

MADURAI: Two months after Express exposed the scam in an examination conducted by India Post for recruitment of Postmen and Mail Guards for Tamil Nadu postal circle, the department scrapped the test on Thursday.

“The competent authority has cancelled the Postman/Mailguard Direct Recruitment Examination for the vacancy year 2015-16 held on 11.12.2016,” said the Tamil Nadu postal circle website (

“Candidates across the State knew that there had been some malpractice in the examination once the results were published. They were shocked,” R Karuppasamy, a candidate, told Express. And though several candidates asked the Postal department about it through RTI applications, they were merely informed that the authorities were conducting an inquiry into the matter. No details were revealed.

“Many young people prepare hard for competitive exams hoping to get a good job in the government. The scam, through which candidates from Haryana scored high marks in Tamil, shattered their dreams,” he said. “The department should conduct a take appropriate action against those involved. The action should be transparent so that such malpractices are not be repeated,” he added.
The exam was conducted on December 11, 2016. 
The recruitment test for the posts of Postman and Mail Guard in Postal and Railway Mail Service divisions in Tamil Nadu Circle was conducted on December 11 last year. The eligibility for the job is a pass in the Class X. The examination, with multiple choice questions, was for 100 marks, including 25 for General Knowledge, 25 for Mathematics, 25 for English and 25 for Tamil.

When the results were published on March 14, it was found that candidates from Haryana had secured the top marks — more than 20 out of 25 even in Tamil.

The suspicious candidates said the portal for the test, which should show the results, was blocked. Following this, candidates from Madurai sought an inquiry into the issue. A petition was submitted to the district administration demanding re-examination.

Govt committed to right to privacy, WhatsApp should not 'leak' info, says SC

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court today asked the government to ensure that 160 million Indian subscribers are not "entrapped" in any manner by service providers like WhatsApp, which is providing free services to its users. 

The government also told the apex court that it was in the process of evolving a regulatory regime on data protection which would be binding in nature. 

"State has a duty to protect the citizenry rights. Since service providers like WhatsApp and Facebook say we are giving it free, the state has to ensure that 160 million citizens who are using the service, are not entrapped in it," a five-judge Constitution Bench headed by Justice Dipak Misra said. 

The remarks by the top court came at the fag end of the day-long hearing after WhatsApp, while opposing the maintainability of the plea challenging its 2016 privacy policy, explained the nitty-gritty involved in it. 

The bench, which is hearing a challenge to the privacy policy of WhatsApp, also questioned whether the instant messaging platform can impose any condition on its users here which violated any part of the Constitution. 

While questioning the instant messaging platform why the world has "reacted" to its current privacy policy, the bench said nobody wants to share his or her data in "entirety". 

"The issue is that you (WhatsApp) have framed a policy inviting customers for the purpose of availing the service. In that sphere, can you impose any condition which violates any part of the Constitution," the bench asked WhatsApp, which was acquired by Facebook in 2014. 

"Why has the entire world, and a country like Germany, reacted to it? If it is such a laudable project, why are they reacting," the bench, also comprising Justices A K Sikri, Amitava Roy, A M Khanwilkar and M M Shantanagoudar, asked and observed, "we undertand the concept of charity". 

Senior advocate K K Venugopal, representing Facebook, told the bench that they were not sharing any sensitive or personal data and since India was shifting to digitisation, the service provided by WhatsApp was beneficial as it was end-to-end encrypted. 
"There are privacy laws in those countries. It is a matter which should be left to the government here," he said. 

Meanwhile, the Centre told the apex court, which would now hear the matter on July 21, that they were in the process of making a regulatory regime to deal with the issue. 

"At the outset, the central government is committed to freedom of choice and right to privacy of citizens. This is non-negotiable and we are committed to this," Additional Solicitor General (ASG) Tushar Mehta said, adding, "We are already in the process of doing it (regulatory regime)." 

"We are in the process of making either a statutory rule or executive guidelines, which would be binding in nature, on data protection," he told the bench. 

During the day-long hearing, Venugopal said there was no legal framework at present to deal with the issue but most of the prayers sought by the petitioners were covered under the 2011 rules of the Information Technology Act. 

"These rules have the framework, an issue which has been raised. My submission is that the petition is not maintainable," he said, adding that it was a matter of policy. 

He also said they were complying with the provisions of the rules which were in place in India. 

Senior advocate K V Vishwanathan, appearing for Internet Freedom Foundation (IFF), an intervenor in the case, said that though these rules would apply to WhatsApp and Facebook, but the entire issue, including the aspect of metadata, pending before the apex court, was not covered under it. 

"We find that the rules prescribe that there has to be a consent if you are sharing sensitive personal data. Suppose the consent is not taken effectively, what is the role of the constitutional court," the bench said and asked Venugopal,"

Revision of Fitment Factor from 2.57 to 2.67 of Pay Matrix Level 13

Government of India accepted the recommendations of 7th Central Pay Commission and resolution No.1-2/2016-IC notified in the Gazette of India, dated the 25th July 2016.

And now, the Central Government has decided to make changes in the Civil Pay Matrix. The IOR of Level-13 of Civil Pay Matrix shall also be enhanced from 2.57 to 2.67. Accordingly, the Civil Pay Matrix as contained in Annexure-1 mentioned in para 6 of the aforesaid Resolution dated the 25th July, 2016 shall be revised.

Central government employees must wait another week for update on 7th Pay Commission

Central government employees will have to wait for yet another week to receive any update on the revised allowance structure as recommended by the 7th Central Pay Commission. The Empowered Committee of Secretaries (E-CoS) is expected to convene next week to ponder on the recommendations before being presented before the Union Cabinet for their nod.
The 7th pay commission had proposed a total of 196 allowances; a Committee of Allowances was formed under the Finance Secretary Ashok Lavasa to screen them. On April 24 this year, the Committee submitted its report to Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, recommending that 52 allowances suggested by the pay commission be entirely scraped and 36 of them be incorporated with other allowances instead of dealing with them separately.

The recommendations made by the Lavasa-led review committee regarding allowance structure were to be tabled before the E-CoS after consideration by Department of Expenditure. Following which committee of secretaries will table the proposal for implementing the recommendations made by the 7th pay commission, complete with the suggestions from Committee of Allowances, will be presented before the Cabinet for approval.

Cabinet Secretary PK Sinha will preside over the E-CoS meet, as per reports. Officials from Home Affairs, Finance, Health and Family Welfare, Railways, Personnel and Training and Post will also take part in the meeting.

Central government employees have been waiting since for an update on the allowances suggested by the 7th pay commission. It was rumored earlier this week that some union ministers might meet some senior officials to seek updates on the recommendations, inciting expectations in the Centre staff and pensioners.

SBI New ATM, Cash Transactions Service Charges. All You Need To Know

SBI clarified on new charges on ATM and cash transactions to be effective from June 1.

India’s largest lender State Bank of India, revised service charges on various cash transactions for its customers, effective from June 1. Announced in a circular on the SBI website on Thursday morning, the revisions initially created confusion among customers over news that all cash withdrawals through ATM will now be charged at Rs. 25 per transaction. The bank later clarified that the Rs. 25 charge will be levied only on withdrawing money from an ATM through SBI’s mobile wallet app “State Bank Buddy.”
In an emailed statement to NDTV Profit, an SBI spokesperson clarified that a limit of four ATM withdrawals per month only applied to the Basic Savings Banks deposit account. All normal Saving Bank accounts will continue to get 8 free ATM transactions (5 SBI ATMs + 3 other bank ATMs) in metros & 10 free transactions in non-metros (5 SBI ATM + 5 Other Bank ATMs) free, the clarification added. Apart from ATM charges, SBI also revised service charges on various cash transactions for its customers. Here are some of the other key changes. Online Transfers: Online fund transfer through IMPS will now be charged Rs. 5 plus service tax for amounts of up to Rs. 1 lakh, Rs. 15 plus service tax for above Rs. 1 lakh and up to Rs. 2 lakh and Rs. 25 plus service tax for above Rs. 2 lakh and up to Rs. 5 lakh.Exchange of Soiled Notes: Going forward SBI said it will charge 2 rupees for every soiled note on exchange of more than 20 notes or if the total value of exchanged notes is above Rs. 5,000 plus service tax. Cheque Books: From June 1, a customers with a Basic Savings Bank Deposit will have to pay Rs. 30 plus service tax for a 10 leaf cheque book, Rs. 75 with service tax for 25 leaf cheque book and Rs. 150 plus service tax for a 50 leaf cheque book. Charges on ATM Cards: SBI said that issue of new debit cards will be charged from June 1 and only Rupay classic card will be issued for free. Cash Withdrawals: Customers with a Basic Savings Bank Deposit will get four free withdrawals (including ATM) in a month, after which withdrawals will be charged at Rs. 50 plus service tax at an SBI branch and at Rs. 20 plus service tax at other bank ATMS. //
