Issue with Transaction in RICT CBS Application - Transaction date, Value date and System Date are not in sync.

While doing Transaction in CBS Application its thrown an error message date are not syc because of DC Closure pending in Finacle.

Before moving into the issue we should know the following things

  • BO CBS Application can be accessed from DC(Data Center) Open -BOD to Account Office EOD.
  • BOD- Beginning of the day EOD-End of the day
  • BOD should be done centrally - which is only available when the data center close for the previous day.
Solution:
  • Wait till DC Closure for the previous day and the same should confirm with Account Office Counter Operator.
  • Counter PA can check the same in HSSI menu which is available for all fincale users.
  • Once the DC closure done, RICT can start the today work without error.
Note: RICT user should remember that the transaction can be done till the EOD of the Account Office.
